My Journey: From Surgeon to Transformational Coach

I began my career in the operating theatre — training and practising in surgery, neuroscience, and general practice across London.

For nearly three decades, I worked at the intersection of anatomy, physiology, and human complexity. I treated illness. I performed surgery. I taught future doctors.

But over time, I became increasingly aware of something deeper.

Many people weren’t limited by diagnosis.
They were limited by stress, identity, unprocessed experience, and invisible nervous system patterns.

That realisation shifted the direction of my work.

Today, I combine medical science, behavioural insight, and transformational coaching to help people create sustainable, meaningful change — not just symptom relief.

The Foundations of My Work

Everything I do is structured around three interconnected pillars:

1 – The Resilience Spine

Strengthening emotional, mental, physical, and nervous system capacity — so you can expand without overwhelm.

2 – Purpose & Direction

Clarifying what matters most — and dissolving the internal patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that quietly limit growth.

3 – Optimising Wellbeing

Applying science-backed, whole-person methods to enhance energy, clarity, performance, and long-term vitality.

Together, these pillars form a coherent, structured framework for sustainable transformation.

Expanding Beyond Conventional Medicine

My medical training gave me a deep respect for evidence, physiology, and precision.

My personal journey taught me something equally important: Health is not purely mechanical.

Over time, I explored integrative medicine, nervous system regulation, consciousness-based practices, and deeper models of human growth.

Not as alternatives to science – but as expansions of it.

The result is a model that honours both:

Rigour and intuition.
Data and lived experience.
Structure and insight.

True transformation requires both scientific rigour and deeper human insight.

Why Online Coaching Works

Transformation does not require a clinic room.

In fact, working online often creates:

• Greater focus
• More comfort in your own environment
• Flexible scheduling
• International accessibility

More importantly, meaningful change happens through structured conversation, nervous system regulation, and insight — not physical location.

Online allows us to work deeply, efficiently, and confidentially.
