Holistic health care and healing practices with Dr. Anu: Discovering Wellness and Transformation

Drawing from over 3 decades of diverse medical expertise as a surgeon and GP (family doctor), coupled with qualifications in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and coaching, I’ve developed a scientifically backed holistic approach to wellness. My journey began with a passion for anatomy and neuroscience, leading me to train in ENT (Ear Nose & Throat) and neurosurgery before transitioning to general practice to foster deeper patient connections.

My experience extends beyond traditional medicine to include wellness care and digital health consultancy, where I’ve leveraged technology to optimise health and well-being outcomes. However, it was my personal awakening and spiritual growth that truly broadened my perspective, igniting a deep understanding of complementary practices and intuitive healing.

Merging my scientific background with my personal growth helped uncover tangible scientifically backed tools and methods to support our modern busy lives. Today, I’m dedicated to empowering others to unlock their potential and achieve holistic well-being. Through personalised online sessions, I help individuals discover their unique path to transformation, backed by robust cutting edge science, offering practical steps for rapid and sustainable change.

Together, let’s embark on a journey toward realising your dreams and embracing the wonderful game of life.

Medical & Surgical Mastery

My fascination with anatomy, neuroanatomy, and neuroscience ignited during my days at Guy’s, King’s, and St Thomas’s medical school, King’s College, London. Venturing beyond the medical textbooks, I immersed myself in a Neuroscience degree (BSc), delving deeper into the mysteries of the human mind, neuroanatomy, neurology, and neurophysiology. After medical school, I not only acquired surgical expertise but also shared my knowledge as a teacher of anatomy and physiology to medical, dental and physiotherapy students at King’s College. Training in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) surgery, Skull Base surgery, and Neurosurgery, I found fulfilment in the art of healing with the skill of my hands. Yet, a desire for deeper connections and continuity of care propelled me towards the role of a GP (family doctor), where I could foster stronger relationships within the community.

Private Practice, Wellness Care & Technology

In the heart of central London, I ran a private practice as a GP, where I delved into the realms of wellness care and digital health, enabling patients/clients and the practice to thrive. Embracing and becoming an expert in technology as a tool for empowerment and improved health outcomes, I became a trusted consultant for healthcare start-ups and established companies, leveraging digital innovations to optimise health and well-being. From cutting-edge devices to AI-driven apps and data-driven insights, I explored wide and deep avenues to enhance the lives of my patients and clients.

Personal Awakening & Embracing Holistic Modalities

But my journey didn’t stop there. A profound spiritual awakening propelled me into a realm of discovery, opening my eyes to complementary, alternative, and energetic practices as well as non-traditional medicine. Through this inner exploration, I harnessed the power of intuition and crafted my own recipe for a fulfilling life – where health, happiness, growth, and destiny intertwine. Yes, the journey had its challenges, its moments of crunchiness and sourness, but as they say, “diamonds are formed under pressure”. Within each of us lies a diamond waiting to be uncovered, polished, and to shine brilliantly bright. Now self-empowered to challenge the limits of how far I can continue to transform and evolve, I am able to fully embrace the wonderful game of life.
